Terms and Conditions – CyberSem

Welcome to CyberSem! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, access, and participation in courses provided by CyberSem (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing any course. By purchasing or accessing our courses, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or enroll in any of our courses.

1.2. If purchasing on behalf of an organization or another individual, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

2. Course Purchase and Payment

2.1. All course prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

2.2. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include credit card only.

2.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if payment is not received or if unauthorized payment is detected.

2.4. Any credit card cancellations or other payment issues after purchase are subject to an additional fee.

3. Access to Courses

3.1. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased course for the duration specified on the course page.

3.2. Access credentials (such as passwords) are personal and must not be shared with third parties. Any misuse may result in account suspension or termination.

3.3. We are not responsible for any interruptions in access due to factors beyond our control, such as internet outages or technical issues.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1. Refunds will only be provided under the conditions specified on the course page or during the checkout process.

4.2. Refund requests must be submitted within14 days of purchase.

4.3. No refunds will be granted if the course has been accessed or completed beyond a specified threshold (e.g., 20% of the course content).

4.4. If CyberSem cancels a course, you will be entitled to a full refund or enrollment in another course of equal value – the final decision is up to CyberSem.

4.5. CyberSem is committed to providing every user with an exceptional experience. Should that not be the case, CyberSem reserves the right to use discretion how to handle such situation, as it arises.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

5.1. All course content, including text, videos, audio, graphics, and other materials, is the intellectual property of CyberSem and is protected by copyright laws.

5.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without prior written permission from CyberSem.

5.3. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of course materials may result in account termination and legal action. Refunds will not be given should your account be terminated in such circumstances. Users are responsible for legal fees should legal action be necessary.

6. User Conduct

6.1. You agree to use our courses and platform for lawful purposes only.

6.2. You must not engage in behavior that disrupts the learning environment or compromises the platform's security.

6.3. CyberSem reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.

6.4. CyberSem course materials are reflective of Torah values and may not agree with every user – CyberSem reserves the right to publish content that is acceptable to majority of users.

 

7. Course Updates and Modifications

7.1. CyberSem reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue courses at its discretion.

7.2. If a course is significantly modified after your enrollment, we will provide reasonable notice and access to the updated content.

7.3. In the event of course discontinuation, alternative arrangements (such as course credits or refunds) may be provided at CyberSem’s discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. CyberSem is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to access our courses.

8.2. Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course.

8.3. In the event that a CyberSem course is given as a gift, CyberSem is not liable for the individual purchasing the course, beyond the purchase of the course. CyberSem reserves the right to limit interaction with such individuals to only the purchase of the course.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1. Your personal information will be kept secure and confidential.

9.2. By purchasing a course, you consent to our collection and processing of your information for the sole purpose of enrollment and participation in CyberSem courses.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of both secular laws and Torah laws.

10.2. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Beit Din.

10.3. Any and all legal fees stemming from a legal dispute will be the users responsibility.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

11.1. CyberSem reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

11.2. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
